The Boss

This was my first attempt at a car "commercial." It remains very special to me for a couple of reasons - one, my Dad witnessed first-hand what his son could do with a camera and a computer, and two, it presented challenges that solidified aspects of my style. The use of archival footage and a love for documentaries has permeated my storytelling ever since.

Choice

I love the outdoors. So does my brother-in-law. So we headed to the Deschutes River to do a little fishing. It was 8°, and his fly line kept freezing, but it was a spectacular day none the less.

Chalk

For my first documentary, I followed a local climber named Matt Spohn. Although his journey to the top wasn't easy, his outlook remained amazing and his commentary thoughtful.
